WESTCOUNTRY WOOD LTD REFUND POLICY
You may return most new, unused or unopened stock items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is result of our error (if you received an incorrect, defective item etc).
As our gates are all bespoke and made to order to your requirements, we can only accept returns if the item isn't correct in our error (ie wrong size, arrived damaged etc).
You should expect to receive your refund within 14 working days of returning your item(s), however in many cases you will receive your refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your item from the shipper (3 to 7 working days), the time it takes us to process your return (1 to 3 working days), and the time it takes the bank to process our refund request (1 to 5 working days).
